Sending Commandline arguments to a Recompressed EXE

Hi
I have an exe file (In this case Installshield Expres 2005 Developer with management studio), and I have included that in a FileBag. when my installation wants to run it, before the installation will start a windows security warning appears.
I tried IA Decompressor, this time it doesn't appear but it seems recompressed exe doesn't accept command line arguments. (It does a simple install regardless to my commands)
Is there a way to send commands to Recompressed exe?
(I don't want to use standard SQLExpress runtime for some reason)
