Uninstallation having installed a patch !

Hello,
I Installed a full setup, then I install a patch. It's Ok.
But, when I uninstall my setup in Add/Remove Programs, there're only files installed by the patch which are uninstalled, and there isn't an entry anymore of my setup in Add / Remove programs, now I cannot uninstall any more cleanly my setup.
Have you a solution so that all the setup is uninstalled after a patch ?
Thanks.
