InstallAware

I have just recently updated to IA 7 R2 and I have noticed that when I minimize IA to the toolbar and then maximize, a large blue border appears at the bottom and right side of the IA window (Please see attachment). The only way to get rid of it, as far as I know, it to minimize and maximize the window again. So it is a two step process. Is anyone else getting this? And is there a way to get rid of it?
