Looking for installer consultant

We'd like to look into getting help with a non-trivial installer setup.
We make Photoshop plugins, and we'd like the installer to automatically find multiple installed copies of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements and present them to the user as a menu. The user should be able to check off the ones they want the plugin installed into. There should also be an option to install into a user-specified location (using the normal browser). The various locations are easily obtained from registry entries. The installer would also need to properly support uninstallation.
I know some of what needs to be done but not some of the mechanics like the loop and creating the menu properly.
Anyone want to throw a quote my way?
