Setting compression strenght from the command line

Hi,
When working on my dev machine I set compression to None. However when our automated builds create the setup files using the command line if should use compression Best. (doing Web builds).
From the docs there does not seem to be a way to specify this on the command line. Is this correct?
If so then I would like to add this to the "wish list".
In the mean time is there a way to manually modify the project file to change the setting without using the IDE? That way I could have FinalBuilder change the file after checking it out from source control but before invoking InstallAware.
