Cannot find a new dialog

In IA 7 Studio evaluation, I created a new dialog and saved it with a distinct name into Swoosh theme folder.
Then, I click Project tab -> Project Manager -> right-click on Dialogs -> Add Dialogs to Projects -> Choose dialog to add by file name -> Browse -> selected the .dfm file I created earlier -> Open -> OK.
The name of the new dialog is now shown under the Dialogs node.

But I still don't see a checkmark for new dialog to be added to the installer!

I restarted the IA 7 Studio IDE several times, clicked various tabs, even changed the theme... Nothing gives me the option to select/add this dialog.

I noticed that the Dialog Sequence list has very specific names of available dialogs: all small letters, no spaces.

Also, I found "Allow Multiple Instances" setting (which - to the best of my knowledge - is undocumented).
By "Allow Multiple Instances" I mean:
Tools -> Allow Multiple Instances
when the new form is open in Dialog Editor.

Obviously, I am missing some important step.
What is it?

Thanks.

The new instance is usually used (afaik) to install several 'instances' of the same Version on a target machine.

As for the dialog: go to the msi tab, and to the location where you want your dialog to be displayed and enter:

Diplay dialog

choose your dialog name, conditionals ...
