Conditional install of Merge Modules

Hi, there was an earlier thread about this, but I would like to determine whether anything has changed.
I'm moving from InstallShield Express to InstallAware Developer.
ISE permits installation of Merge Modules based on feature.
Can this be done in IA Developer? (either graphically or scripted)
If no, what's the workaround?
The previous thread mentioned using an import function. But that's only available in IA Studio. And I'm sure as heck not going from ISE to IA Studio; I'd rather just go back to ISE.
