Newbie .net question

I have used click-once installs in the past, but they don't handle the prerequisites like adding my infragistics dll's to the assembly, installing sql server express and .net 3.0, so I really like that part of InstallAware.
However, I can't figure out how to get InstallAware to install my program or even tell it anything about my program. In my test install, I ended up including a clickonce install and then having InstallAware run it at the end of the install.
What am I missing?
