Adding a hyperlink to my installer in Studio 7

Hi there,
We need to add a hyperlink onto one of the dialogs in our installer to direct users to a serial request form on our website. All of the forum articles that mention this advise referring to the CD Autorun sample, however this is not included with Studio version 7. This seems like such a simple task but cannot find any useful samples for Studio 7. Can you give step by step instructions for how to achieve this?
