Creating new website and setting tcp port dynamicly

Hello,
Can i set the tcp port of a website during installation ?
I want add a textbox to the 'Create New Website' dialog, so the users can set the tcp port for the website and then assign this value to the tcp port of the website.
So where can i set the tcp port in the MSICode ?
