Shortcuts remain after uninstall

Hi there. I have a problem with my shortcuts. When i install the product and uninstall it everything works fine.
When i install it, then install a patch and then uninstall
the application itself is uninstalled correct.
but all my shortcuts remain.
Can anyone please help me with this?
