Error installing .Net 3.5 Application runtime

We created a setup with the runtime 3.5 selected but when we try to install the application we always have the seme error:
Error 1308. Source file not found: C:\\Docume~1\\dbrillon\\LOCALS~1\\Temp\\mia1.tmp\\data\\Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0\\mFileBagIDE.dll\\bag\\wcf_x86\\Program Files\\Reference Assemblies\\Microsoft\\Framework\\v3.0\\System.IdentidyModel.dll. Verify the the file exist and that you can access it.
Abort retry Ingnore
We tried on several machine with the same results. We also try different compination of runtimes 3.0, 3.0 sp1, ...
This is a major drawback because we can't distribute our application.
Does anyone experience the same problem? What is the fix for that?

Which version of InstallAware?

We start with version 8.0 and yesterday we downloaded version 8.01 and we are still unable to install .Net 3.0 or 3.5 with our application. We tried a compress setup, and an uncompress setup and we still having errors when installing the .Net framework 3.5.
My current setup have the following runtimes activated:
Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1
Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0
Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0 SP1
Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0 SP2
Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 SP2
Those where selected automatically by Install Aware after selecting 3.5sp1
We also included
Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1
Microsoft XML Parser 6.0
If I download the .Net 3.5sp1 from Microsoft then everything work properly but I don't want to ask my client to download .Net from Microsoft and Install my application after. I nee to have it in one setup file
Regards,
New Information
I try to recreate a setup and the error is for another file. You can check the attachment. You will also see that the file exist in the path file but the setup does no find it.

Unable to reproduce - can you try again on a VM and see if that works at all? To isolate changes in your own configuration...

I do my tests on VMs. One is XP SP2, the other is XP with SP3. Both are generating the error. Those VM are clean installation.

Would you mind uploading your build somewhere so we can take a look at it?

Here's an update.
I start a new project from scratch, I transfert all the parameters from my old project to the new one, then I recompile and the problem seems to be fix.
I will still send you a private mail with a link to my setup if you want to figure out what when wrong. Both projects seems to be identical but each time I recompile the old one the results would not work properly. It seems to be corrupted. I printed the script of both projects and they are almost identical.

Well I thought my problem was resolve but today I update my application file and recompile the setup and the problem reapered. This is very confusing for me. This is as basic as you cant get. A simple dotnet 3.5 project with a couple of files. What can go wrong?
I'm using Vista and I create an InstallAware dotnet project. The first compilation work fine. Then I change the project name and recompile. The setup was created but when I run it, the .Net is unable to install properly. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you reproduce this each time with just a project name change?

This is a very strange bug. Here are the results of my test
The runtime include in my script are the following:
Include script: checkmsi31
Include script: checknet2sp2
Include script: checkmsxml60
Include script: checkmsi30
Include script: checknet3sp2
Include script: checknet351
Include script: checknet30
Include script: checknet20
I use the same project for all my test. The test consist of:
1- Open Installaware with my project
2- Build the setup
3- Close InstallAware
4- Load VMWare with XP SP2 (clean install)
5- Execute my setup
The only difference between my test is the location of the InstallAware project. I move the project to the new location and I redo step 1 to 5. All the setup that are not working where made from a path containing "App Setup File" or "Application setup file".
[3 FAIL] mean that I try 3 times the compilation and the installation of the setup using the path of the Installaware project
[1 FAIL]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\Application Setup File\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager\[1 FAIL]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\AppSetupFile\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager[2 PASS]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\App\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager\[2 PASS]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\Setup\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager[3 FAIL]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\App Setup File\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager[1 PASS]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\App Setup\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager\[1 PASS]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\File\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager\[2 PASS]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\App File\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager[2 pass]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\Setup File\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager[1 FAIL]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\App Setup File\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager\[1, FAIL]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\App Setup File\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6\\ISAAC FleetManager[1 FAIL]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\App Setup File\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6
[1 pass]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\Distribution\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6
[1 pass]C:\\Users\\dbrillon\\Projects\\ISAAC\\Installer\\Fleet Manager\\Ver 2.6.6
I really don't understand why "App setup file" in my project path is corrupting the setup.
Any help.

Hi dbrillon,
Your include script is not sorted. It may cause the problem. Try to sorte the list in the following order to see if it help.
Include script: checkmsi30
Include script: checkmsi31
Include script: checknet20
Include script: checknet2sp2
Include script: checkmsxml60
Include script: checknet30
Include script: checknet3sp2
Include script: checknet351
The .Net 3.5 will check for the file of 3.0 to be able to install. So if the .Net 3 is not there, it may cause that problem.
Btw, do you really need the msi30?
Hope it could help to resolve the problem

Thanks for the info. It was one of my question but since it was generated automatically by InstallAware when you select .Net 3.5 sp1 in the Design view I tought it was ok. In any case I don't think this is the problem since the setup work properly when I don't use a path containing 'App Setup File' in it. I will try it anyway.
Thanks
