Defined $ApplicationData$ path InstallAware Express 6

Is there a defined $ApplicationData$ path for:
C:\\Documents and Settings\\<user>\\Local Settings\\Application Data
The one I found with the help from an earlier post evaluates to:
C:\\Documents and Settings\\rlockwoo\\Application Data
but that is not what I need.
