MSI params

A lot of our customers are complaining about the fact it is not possible to run the msi setup with msi paramameters.
Currently we are using IA 6.6 and create a msi setup using the Group Policy wizard.
But most of the standars MSI options, like, Restart options and logging options.
Is there a way to make all of these options available?
