When installing on a computer with more than one network adapter, I need to let the user choose which adapter to use. Ideally, I'd like to load them into a drop down box and let the users pick from the list.

I haven't found an MSIcode tool that can provide this info. Any recommendations?

looks like you have to write a custom dll with a function that returns the desired information.
Do you want to select a physical adapter or just an IP address?
If it's the later, this page might help you:

Return a string with the adapters separated by $NEWLINE$
Use the variable that received this information as input to the dropdown combo. To do so, enter you r variable name as $MyAdapters$ into the items property of the combo box in the dialog designer.
