problem with sql server installed

When Sql server is not installed on machine on which I run my setup all is fine. But when I install SQL Server 2005 and try to run my setup I get an error:
---------------------------
InstallAware Wizard
---------------------------
Runtime error in setup script:
Line 426: '' is not a valid integer value
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
The line number doesn't say much, but is must be the line that says:
~InstallAware Clipboard Data~
~MS SQL Instances~
~{86D68764-BF0A-48C7-AB08-4B0BCC59D97B}~
~AVAILABLESERVERS~
~mSQLInstIDE.dll\\mSQLInstEXE.dll~
(I put messageboxes before and after this line to isolate the problem)
After clicking ok, the setup just disappears. So effectively users needs two computers to install my product. And that I consider a major problem.
I'm using IA8 (090408). System is 32-bit Windows 2008 SP1. Thanks in advance for any help.
