Install files ends up in Un-install codesection

Hi,
I have a project that I have created via VS2008, and therefore get the depending assemblies added automatically in the "Assemblies" section of IA.
I then open the project via IA and removed some assemblies from the "Assemblies" list, because I need to get them from another place due to some obfuscation etc. The plan was then to add those via the "Files" section in IA.
The problem is that all my files I'm adding (feature independent or not) turns up in the Un-Install section of the MSI code and not in the install section. Hence no files whatsoever that has been added via the "Files" section are being installed.
What can be done to resolve this issue? I would assume this is a bug.
