Error 2343

Using Microsoft Vista SP1.
When I install my program using InstallAware when logged onto my computer as my normal login all works as expected.
However, I need to log into the program as the Administrator. When I do, I get the 2343 error almost immediately when the actual install starts. Logging in as the Administrator means I had to unhide the Administrators account first.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
