Command line uninstall for multipart install

We have an application that includes a service that can have multiple instances of it installed. The service installs from IA single file which is installed on the machine as part of the main install. This all works fine.
What I want to do on the main uninstall is call the uninstall for each instance of the service that has been installed. I write the uninstall link for each service instance being installed to a text file. The link looks like:
C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}\\OurApp.Release.SingleFile.exe
When I execute this command to uninstall, it wants the location of 'original setup source'. I can't get past this dialog.
Add/Remove Programs uninstalls the service successfully and the command in the registry is the same.
How can I call this uninstall to run silently?
Thanks for your help
