Minor Bug - wrong line commented in/out on right-click

I'm reporting a minor bug in the IDE here...
* Open a project in MSIcode view.
* Left-click on line 5, for example.
* Now right click on line 10 and choose Comment In/Out
* Notice that line 5 gets commented in or out. The comment should be applied to the line you right-clicked on.
This is particularly annoying given that IA doesn't have undo functionality. If the line that had the focus before I right-clicked is somewhere off the screen, I have to search for it to manually undo the comment in/out that was just done to it.
