Download file from a relative path?

Hello,
I have InstallAware 8 developer addition.
I have written an installation program which is run from the web. for example: https:\\\\........\\mysetup.exe.
In the same directory of the installation program - mysetup.exe - I want to put additional files and download them during the installation.
Is there a way to download files from a path relative to the directory in which the setup program in found?
(The download file plug-in worked for me only with files starting with http).
