Setting credentials on an IIS Virtual Folder/AppPool

I'm using the Create Virtual Folder task. That task allows me to specify a name for an AppPool, but I can't see any way to control the properties of the AppPool that's created.
I'm looking for a solution to create the app pool using credentials that I supply. A solution that also covers granting that user Log On as Service permission and adding the user to the IIS_WPG group would be ideal - otherwise, I'll be looking for solutions to those item next.
