Minor Bug - no Ctrl-Tab support

In MSIcode view, Ctrl+Tab should toggle between all the script tabs. This is standard MDI behavior that is missing in InstallAware.

This shortcut is actually Ctrl+Left/Right Arrow to navigate to the left/right tab respectively.

Ah, great, thanks! Perhaps in a future version of IA, though, it could be switched to use the the key combination defined by IBM's common user access:

I just discovered that Ctrl+Tab has been implemented in IA9. Ctrl+Tab traverses your MSICode scripts from left to right, Ctrl+Shift+Tab traverses right to left.
