Apply install is not working properly in debug mode

I made a debug build and I try to run my project file in debug mode and trace it, but Immediately after it gets to Apply install nearly at the end of the program it gives : Windows installer notifier error : cannot find the file specified.
But If I make a proper build it works fine, Any suggestions?
