To whom it may concern,

I have received an email from Candice that my evaluation copy is on its last day, however there are still many features of your installer that we are testing to make sure that it has the capabilities that we are looking for.

How would I go by requesting that my evaluation copies trial period be prolonged to complete my testing process?

Is this possible or would I need to contact customer support directly during normal business hours?

Can't you just install it on another workstation and use the same evaluation licence key as you got in the original email from IA? That's what I did when I installed it on my home laptop.
