Changing Output FileName causes problems on Apply Installati

Hello:
Been attempting to use a single script to create 4 versions of installation for my program: Professional, Vendor and Updates for either.
I use combined Compile variables and variables and I change the Project Settings, Output Filename to <program>_Full or <program>_Update.
What is happening on the Apply Install line is that the install program complains that it cannot find the <program>_Full.msi file when it is doing the _Update installation.
I checked the MSIFILE and it correctly shows the msi as being the _Update and that msi file is indeed available in the directory which is incorrectly looking for the _Full.msi file.
I assume I am missing a setting for this? or something else?
Thanks,
