Web Install delay right after download completed.

I have completed the web installer creation, it works fine and if you wait long enough it will completely install everything that is needed.
After doing many demos for my bosses, they noticed something that I never really did: A delay in the setup process right after it gets to the 100% of download completed.
For example:
Option A (selected and being downloaded from installer menu) 80 Megabytes.
Downloading progress is fine and once it hits 100% completed there is a 55 second(ish) delay between the 100% completed message to the Extracting files message.
During this delay there is no message as to what is happening and it "appears" to be frozen or non responsive. Then it moves to the extracting process and is fine after this.
After option A is completed downloading and installing it moves on to Option B which was selected (400 Megabytes)
Same issue occurs only there is around a 5 minute appear to be frozen or non responsive delay that happens right after the 100% download completed status message and before the extracting files message.
What they want to know is if this delay is something on our side or on the extractors side, and if this delay cannot be helped, is there a way to add a custom message or some type of status letting the person installing know that its still in the process of installing.
