Execute sql script failed

hi,all
I use InstallAware to make a simple program which import sql script to MySQL database,and the sql script is ok. I use "Server Configuration" to new a mysql script and fill all blank with right value and load sql script file too. when I run this application ,the database and tables are created successfully,but the triggers in my script are not created. why? can someone help me? thanks.
