\"sqlinstance\" Dialog with Database Name

Is it possible to ask the user to input an existing database name along with a server/instance name using the "sqlinstance" dialog shipped in the 'Samples\\SQL Server Connection' (or with some other dialog/method?)?
I cannot actually edit the dialog with InstallAware Developer, it doesn't seem.
My installer will need to add some stored procedures to an already existing database, so I need to ask the user which database to do this in (I will not want to create a new database).
