FileBag runtime location?

I've defined a FileBag for an MSI installer I wish to run (as prerequisite) ..
but when I compile the installer, the filebag ends up in data/Microsoft SQL Server blablabla/mFileBagIDE.dll/mymsi.msi
SQL server pre-req is installed before my custom one.. so the current path of the runtime location would be the SQL Server installer folder.. but can I change this? and how?
