Update of InstallAware 9.03 triggers massive download

Before I get into the topic of this post, I want to express my appreciation for the improvements to InstallAware found in version 9. These changes -- especially the ability to run multiple instances of InstallAware -- have made MSIcode script editing much easier for me, and I thank you.
I originally downloaded the full InstallAware 9.02 installer (1+ GB, with all the runtimes) for my install, and was surprised to see the 9.03 update (triggerred by the InstallAware system tray updater) initiate the download of the entire 9.03 product, including all the runtimes (I selected a FULL install again, of course, to keep the runtimes).
I didn't know that the update would require a full uninstall of InstallAware 9.02 -- and a full re-download of all the runtimes
-- untill I was well into the update process. Had I known the update would initiate such a massive set of downloads, I would have opted to postpone it til the end of day.
I have several requests for any future InstallAware updates:
alter InstallAware's own updates to take advantage of any cached installer, so unchanged web media sets, such as the Runtimes, do not have to be downloaded when they already exist locally.
provide some means of estimating the download and installation time early in the update process, so the end user has an opportinuty to defer the update.
provide clearer guidance on whether the License Installer must be (a) Regenerated, and (b) Reapplied for a given update.
proactively post a list of bug fixes and new features included with the update -- as well as whether the update is a cumulative update or requires the preceeding point release -- whenever an update is reeleased. This would allow InstallAware users to make informed decisions whether and when they want the update.
have the InstallAware Scheduled Update (System Tray utility) provide a clickable link where all of the above can be discovered prior to initiating the update.
Thanks for your consideration,
- Michael
