miabuild.exe is missing after installing InstallAware 9

I've been using InstallAware 7 for a while and recently upgraded it to 9. For some reason miabuild.exe is missing now.
Has it been removed in v9?
After an uninstall and reinstall, miabuild.exe was still missing, I only have miae.exe.
