InstallAware

I want to install an application that uses InstallAware (im not the maker of it, just the Installer has the error) and it always fails. I get this error message:

The InstallAware Wizard has failed: "Het systeem kan het opgegeven bestand niet vinden". Please check your settings and try again.

The dutch part means: "The system cannot find the specified file"

What's wrong?
