Setup Architecture -> Assemblies problem

There are more topics on this forum about this but nothing with a solution for me. When I add assemblies to this list from my project folder, the assemblies are given the full path. When you install I get an error
Error reading from file: C:\\DOCUME~1\\ADMINI~1\\LOCALS~1\\Temp\\miaD8.tmp\\data\\installproject\\C_\\Documents and Settings\\Administrator\\My Documents\\Visual Studio 2008\\Projects\\installproject\\deploy\\log4net.dll.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
The folder ends at C:\\DOCUME~1\\ADMINI~1\\LOCALS~1\\Temp\\miaD8.tmp\\data\\installproject\\C_\\Documents and Settings\\Administrator and ofcourse it's strange to add the full path of the build location.
