Bluewave theme not working when run under SYSTEM account

Hi,

we have decided to use Bluewave theme for our installer, however the installer does not work when it is run under LOCAL SYSTEM account (this is a crucial requirement for us as we deploy the installer automatically through a service which is running independently on any user which is logged in).

The error says "C:\\Windows\\System32\\config\\systemprofile\\Desktop refers to a location that is unavailable. ..." (see attached screenprint), which obviously does not exist because it is a SYSTEM account. The log file is empty (it contains only empty XML elements).

The most interesting bit is that if I change to Official theme, everything works absolutely fine.

Can you suggest a solution to make the installer work with Bluewave theme? Bluewave theme was one of the main reasons why we decided to purchase InstallAware, so it is crucial for us to make this work.

Thank you
Lukas Neumann

Hmmm, if memory serves right, Bluewave has a shell tree browser embedded and Official doesn't (its just a Browse button instead, which calls a built-in Windows dialog) - assuming this is the problem, just nuke the shell tree control and plop in a Browse button instead.
