Server Configuration - IIS Sites

hi all,
just to let know that I've accidently configured/created an extra web site in IIS Sites "Under Web Site Identified by Index...'. I tried to delete it but there is an error message displaying "This site is not being created by your setup project. It is referenced by one of your virtual folders. Deleting the virtual folder referencing this site will remove the owner site from display as well". Therefore, is there any solution to remove or delete the extra web site from the setting?
Regards
