InstallAware 9 support creating custom Performance Counters?

Is there a way to create custom performance counters on the target machine via IA9 scripting?
It would be ideal if the installer could perform this task, similar to VS2008 setup, because admin priveleges are required and custom counters could be uninstalled along with the application.
