RzFormShape not always transparent

We've found that on the first appearance of a dialog using an RzFormShape, the transparent areas are exactly that. However, if you come back to the same dialog, then the transparent areas are replaced by the default gray of a window background in the shape of the containing rectangle. I have attached a simple example; the welcome page uses a circular RzFormShape of size 400x400 (the image is form_circle.bmp). To repro:
1. Start the installer; you'll see the welcome page is circular
2. Click Next; you'll see the license page
2. Click Back; you'll see the welcome page, but the white circle has a gray square border behind it in the shape of a 400x400 window
I am using 9.06, Service Pack 1 (build Moya), with a recently-generated license authorization package.
