Hi,

The Win7 Upgrade advisor warns that IA7 will not run on Win7 x64.

Is this correct?

If so, does IA7 work fine in a Vista x64 VM?

I'm afraid to say that IA 7 has not been tested on Windows 7 at all ... the only version that is tested and guaranteed to work, is IA 9.0 (as this is the edition that features specific Win 7 features, and is the available edition at Win 7 launch).

You might be able to get it going with the Win 7 compatibility functions, but as you can guess, this is unsupported I'm afraid.
