Problem with TARGETDIR

hello all,
TARGETDIR as $PROGRAMFILES$\\$TITLE$
gets c:\\Program Files\\\\My Product because of
$PROGRAMFILES$ ends with "\\" : C:\\Program Files
I have a Problem by restore database from disk.
It can be Problem of wrong Path.

If I am understanding your problem, you need to strip out the double slash -- this is possible by modifying your MSI Code to "treat" the string contents of $TARGETDIR$ and string replace the double slash.

Yes, MSi Code has the line $PROGRAMFILES$\\$TITLE$.
Does it be $PROGRAMFILES$$TITLE$ without slash?
It was generated automatically from IA.
My Problem:
I install SQL Express 2008
and then restore databes from disk.
By Install directly Database was not installed,
By second install and choosed Repair - Action
Database will be installed.
This Behavior was always.

I would not recommend removing the slash in the code.
I would add additional logic to check for, and correct, this mis-entry of path - this will also capture users incorrectly entering paths.
