I have seen a few different error messages appear when this happens. There was one in particular that was a problem. The message read 'Inability to load a plug-in library'. The problem is that this error message does not allow an abort/retry/ignore option like the other errors.

Can I add this feature into this error message, or can I remove some of these error messages and sort of merge them into one message that contains the abort/retry/ignore feature?

Depends where you are getting this error

If this is occuring due to an error while loading a plugin during script execution, there is no point retrying or continuing the setup process -- the only logical route is exit.
