I'm currently using InstallAware Studio 9 and I have to check the existance of Apple Quick Time.

I use the function "Check Registry Key" with the following Key:
Software\\Apple Computer, Inc.\\QuickTime\\InstallDir

The value of the variable in "Check Registry Key" is NO$KEY unless the existance of Apple Quick Time.
How can i check the existance of Apple Quick Time?

I use the same method for checking the existance of Adobe Reader and in this case it works fine!

Is the Problem the character "," or "." in the Registry Key???

I also check for the existence of QuickTime, but instead of looking for \\..\\QuickTime\\InstallDir, I look for \\..\\QuickTime.

However, in my experience with QuickTime, it is possible for the key to exist and the QT player to not exist.

I am having problems with spaces in the registry key with the Check Registry command in InstallAware 10.
