How can I read the text file's lines in a loop?

InstallAware does not support READING a file (unless they have added something and I've missed it).
What exactly are you trying to do???

For example read c:\\windows\\system32\\driver\\etc\\hosts file to add , in not yet exists, a new host...

Ahh
Well, because you will actually want to wrap some additional logic into that sort of thing to make sure that you don't make any mistakes, so I would put it into a DLL and call it in your setup script.
