SQL Server 2008 Command line upgrade - HELP

I was wondering if any has been able to get SQL Server 2008 to successfully upgrade a named instance of SQL Server 2005? The command line I am using to upgrade my instance is:

Install SQL Express (2008, command line: /ACTION=upgrade /INSTANCENAME="TESTINSTANCE", get result into variable SQL2008)

I was wondering if I might be missing anything. Looking at the command line for upgrading it says it requires RSUPGRADEDATABASEACCOUNT, RSUPGRADEPASSWORD, and ISSVCAccount, I did not included these as they are also required for the install of the instance but I they are not included by installware when selecting to install 2008. I am not sure if these are 2008 full edition commands and not used on express.

Any help I could get on this would be greatly appreciated

As far as I know, it is not possible to use our bundled files to carry out an inplace upgrade of SQL Server Express. You might be able to persuade this to occur by making a custom runtime using the runtimes available from Microsoft, however, this will obviously end up being larger.
