Retry Download caused by NOD32

Hello

We have a number of users who complain about receiving message “Retry download?” on installing product with InstallAware web-build installer if ESET NOD32 Antivirus is enabled. Installation succeeds after a few attempts, but it’s really annoying and even “suspicious” for some of them. We don’t want to lose customers only because of InstallAware “feature”.

Is this blocking from NOD32 known issue to you? Can I do some workaround to prevent it? Is it planned to fix it in some near-future hot fixes to IA9?

Thanks in advance for answers

It sounds like NOD is interfering with the download process -- we use the windows Internet Explorer download mechanism, so things should be fairly transparant, however, this is one of those reasons why people always advise you to switch off anti-virus software when carrying out installations.
