Terminate Process fails to compile (version 9)

I'm evaluating version 9.0 and had the Terminate Process plugin working under version 8. Adding it to my version 9 project and I get:
Error during build: Failed to compile plug-in action: Terminate Process.
Is there a fix for this or do I need to roll my own?

Hi Jeff,
I've just tested this with the current edition and can not get it to malfunction. Can you let me know what specific edition you are using, and I will dig into this some more for you.

InstallAware 9 (Build Moya.sp1.070409). Is it possible that there is more than one plug-in with Terminate Process in it?
Just to prove that it was not "my" installer, I opened one of the sample projects and tossed in a line:
Terminate Process : MonitorTaskTray.exe.
Got the:
Error during build: Failed to compile plug-in action: Terminate Process
This appears to be real.

Jeff,
Can you confirm the edition? i.e. Express, Studio etc?
I'm not the first to see this problem.
