Web Build

I have created a web build but am having some issues when trying to install it on a 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003.
I compile everything in C# using x86 which should be fine. Then I built the web build and deployed to the web. When I try to install it says something along the lines of "the archive is valid but not for this computer type". Is there anything that I have to do to make this work? I did recompile as a single executable and then it installs just fine.
Any info would be appreciated.
