Password Encrypted Setup

Hi,
Is there a way in the MSIcode to detect if the setup was built with encryption? Which variable can I check?
The reason I ask is because I would like to build two setups, one with a password and one without for distribution to different teams. In the MSIcode I want to perform additional steps for the encrypted setup.
BTW, we've been using IA for about a year now and are very happy with it, it took some time and patience to learn, but its flexibility is well worth it.
