Difference between $MYWWWROOTDIR$ and $WWWROOTDIR$

My app includes a Windows app, a Windows service and a Silverlight application. I originally installed the Silverlight web app to my Program Files and everything worked fine. We've decided it would be best if we installed the web portion under the standard IIS folder. So I added my app folder under $WWWROOTDIR$. The site was getting created with IIS and the folders were getting created but no files. So I noticed there was a $MYWWWROOTDIR$. I tried this but it didn't create the folder or the files. What's the difference between the two? I've looked everywhere in the docs and can't see these variables documented.

Is this a bug in Studio v9? I can't get my install working again.

Thanks,
Chris

Very strange... my installer is putting Install Files statements in my uninstall block. So that's why files aren't getting copied to the www root folder. I can move the script manually but each time I add a file, it puts it in the wrong place.

I just removed the references to $MYWWWROOTDIR$ because it my have just be a way for IA to give the target folder a unique name when I added www root for a second time. Still seems like a bug to me. It should only allow www root in the target system folders list once.
