Script Load Error with .net 2.0 runtime

We moved IA 9 to Windows 2008 R2 64 bit environment a while ago and now we cannot create setup with net 2.0 runtime (32 bit).
Always get this script load error when I select checknet20 or setupnet20 from msi tabs or try to build project. After that, project closes without save (how nice).
Checknet20.mia and setupnet20.mia are present in setup source directory.
Net 2.0 runtime is installed.
I did reinstall IA, but got still that same error.
Net 2.0 64 bit runtime seems to be fine.
